In the Admin access data section, enter an admin username and password in the next two boxes. Dropping down, under the section called base configuration, enter an admin email address and a short description in the appropriate boxes.

In the next section, enter the details for the Blog by Email feature. Enter your email, your password, and email server info, usually mail.yourdomain.com and your server port. When you are ready, click the Install button at the bottom of the page. You will now get a confirmation window. If everything seems correct, Click on the Finish installation to complete the installation process.

That is all there is to it. You will now see a screen confirming the install, and a place to enter your email to send yourself the details of the installation. WordPress is now ready for you to begin configuring it. On the confirmation page is a link to you admin. Bookmark this to make reentry easy. Click on this link to login to your new installation.
